According to the latest report from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Health Commission, from 0:00 to 24:00 on July 31, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (including the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps) reported 31 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia. There were 8 cases of asymptomatic infection, all in Urumqi; 7 newly cured and discharged confirmed cases, 7 new cases of asymptomatic infection released from medical observation, all in Urumqi; 2 cases of severely ill changed to common type.
As of 24:00 on July 31, Xinjiang (including the Corps) has 547 confirmed cases (5 critically ill and 25 critically ill), including 544 cases in Urumqi, 1 case in Kashgar (imported from Urumqi), and 1 case in Changji Prefecture (Imported from Urumqi City), 1 case in the Corps; 109 cases of asymptomatic infections currently exist, including 107 in Urumqi City, 1 case in Corps, and 1 case in Changji Prefecture (Imported from Urumqi City); 14,540 people are still under medical observation.
From 0:00 on July 15 to 24:00 on July 31, a total of 16 confirmed cases were cured and discharged, and 16 cases of asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation, all in Urumqi.
