According to the latest data released by Dubai Airports Corporation, more than 33 airlines have started their scheduled operations at Dubai Airport, including passenger and air cargo companies.

According to data from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority obtained by the newspaper, the total number of passengers through Dubai International Airport reached one million and 136 thousand and 46 passengers last September, compared to 929 thousand passengers in the previous August, with a growth rate of more than 22%.

The data issued by Emirates Airlines and Fly Dubai showed a continuous increase in the number of passenger destinations within the two carriers' network around the world, with the implementation of new air travel protocols that facilitate travel for UAE citizens, residents and tourists, while preserving the health and safety of visitors and communities.

The data showed that the total number of destinations within the network of the two companies currently stands at 139, of which 95 are Emirates Airlines and 44 flydubai, compared to 96 destinations last August, with a growth rate of about 44.7%.
