3 months after his marriage, an Egyptian groom committed suicide by gunshots

Today, Tuesday, Sohag Governorate in Egypt witnessed a tragic and sad incident, where a groom, married for almost 3 months, ended his life and committed suicide by shooting himself with a weapon he had until he breathed his last.

The details of the incident came back when the security services in the Tama police station, north of Sohag governorate, received a report from the people stating that a young man had been shot dead inside his house, which is located in the center’s district.

Immediately, the security services in Sohag Governorate moved to the location of the incident in the center of Tama in order to verify the authenticity of the report and reveal all the circumstances of the incident. The incident was later found to be true. The 25-year-old young man, Hossam, was shot and killed.

It became clear from the investigations conducted by the security services and the questioning of eyewitnesses in his village, located in the center of Tama, that this young man has been married for nearly 3 months, and his psychological condition is stable, and there are no disputes between him and his family or those around him.

Immediately, the body of the young victim was taken to the mortuary of the Central Hospital, where it was found through examination that his body had traces of gunshot wounds to the neck because he had shot himself with a weapon he had in his house.
