3 categories that benefit from the visa program on arrival in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia has reopened the visa on arrival program, which allows entry to holders of valid visas from the United States, Britain and the Schengen area.

This step comes two weeks after the Kingdom lifted all entry restrictions related to the Corona pandemic, and with it, conditions returned to normal before the pandemic, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Holders of one of the three visas, and those traveling through one of the national airlines “Saudi Airlines, flynas and flyadeal” can obtain a 12-month tourist visa upon arrival in the Kingdom, without the need to submit a prior application.

Visitors who hold a valid visa for the United States, the United Kingdom or the Schengen area must use it at least once to enter the region that issued the visa before using it to enter the Kingdom.

The option of a visa on arrival is available to citizens of countries eligible for the electronic visa program that was launched in 2019, and all visitors are required to obtain medical insurance against the risks of Corona, and it can be obtained from all international airports of the Kingdom upon arrival.
