Lendore participated in the London Olympics 2012 (where he won bronze in the 4x400 meters), 2016 in Rio de Janeiro and 2021 in Tokyo this summer.
He also took three World Cup bronze medals and a World Cup silver in 4x400 meters.
Lendore's personal record of 400 m was 44.36 from 2014. His season best from last year was from the Diamond League gala in Stockholm when he finished second at 44.73.
He was 0.10 after winning Kirani James from Grenada.
