(Fighting New Coronary Pneumonia) 24 newly confirmed local cases in Manzhouli, 22 confirmed in the fifth round of large-scale nucleic acid testing
China News Service, Manzhouli, December 3 (Reporter Zhang Wei) On the 3rd, Manzhouli, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region held a press conference on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, stating that 24 new confirmed cases were confirmed in Manzhouli from 0:00 to 14:00 on December 3 , 22 cases were confirmed in the fifth round of large-scale nucleic acid testing.
Song Jixiang, deputy mayor of Manzhouli City Government, introduced that up to now, a total of 263 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia have been reported in Manzhouli City.
Among the newly confirmed cases, 10 were positive in the nucleic acid test during the concentrated isolation period; 13 cases were positive in the nucleic acid test of the population in the closed area; 1 case was positive in the nucleic acid test of the active visit.
After consultation with the expert group, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia.
As of 12 o'clock on December 3, Manzhouli City had investigated a total of 8,864 close contacts and 3,305 sub-close contacts.
As of 14:00 on December 3, a total of 178,993 samples have been collected in the fifth round of large-scale nucleic acid testing, and 22 cases have been confirmed. Other positive cases are pending clinical review.
At 8 o'clock on December 3, Manzhouli City launched the sixth round of large-scale nucleic acid testing.
As of 14:00 on that day, 147,117 samples had been collected.
At present, sampling work is being carried out in an orderly manner.
Song Jixiang said that currently, the existing 414 communities and 176 bungalow areas in Manzhouli City have all been controlled.
"64 closed and controlled communities have been designated, including 46 in the urban area and 18 in the Zhalai Nuoer District; 10 key closed and controlled locations (bungalow areas) have been designated, including 1 in the urban area and 9 in the Zhalai Nuoer District; There are 6 key places to be closed and controlled, including 5 in the urban area and 1 in Zhalai Nuoer District.
Up to now, the total number of blocked and controlled households is 31,332, and the total number of blocked and controlled persons is 68,522.
Song Jixiang said: "As of now, our city has opened 15 isolation places, with a total of 3546 isolation rooms, but there is still a certain gap from the requirement of'should be separated.'"
In response to this problem, Manzhouli City established a special class to promote the renovation of 1,900 isolation rooms in Huakai Community, which will be put into use one after another.
At the same time, the city’s major hotels, hotels, school buildings, and sealed housing facilities were investigated, and for those that met the conditions, quickly organized efforts to carry out standardized transformations to maximize the number of isolated rooms.
"At present, 10 possible isolation places have been screened and the number of rooms is 1,200, and the hospital sensory experts are conducting on-site evaluation." Song Jixiang said.
