Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 2.4 billion dirhams during a week, as the department witnessed 423 sales of 886.83 million dirhams, of which 78 were land sales of 500.12 million dirhams, and 345 sales of apartments and villas, with a value of 386.71 million dirhams.

The weekly report issued by the Department, yesterday, stated that the most important sales of land came at a value of 74 million dirhams in the first Al Barsha region, followed by a pledge of 62 million dirhams in Business Bay, followed by a pledge of 37 million dirhams in the “Island 2” region.

The first Mu'aisim region came first in terms of the number of sales, with 11 sales recorded, at a value of 50 million dirhams, followed by the third Nad Al Sheba region with nine sales with a value of 22 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region with seven sales amounting to 15 million dirhams. With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of seven million dirhams came in the Burj Khalifa area as the most important sales, followed by a sales of six million dirhams in the same region.

The "Al Laylis 2" topped the regions in terms of number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 39 sales with a value of 35 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha South in the fourth with 32 sales with a value of 25 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 31 sales with a value of 55 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 1.3 billion dirhams, including 112 mortgages for lands at a value of 1.2 billion dirhams, and 106 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 92.42 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Business Bay area of ​​281 million dirhams. As for the donations, it witnessed the registration of 43 gifts with a value of 235.54 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Wadi Al-Safa 3 region, with a value of 69 million dirhams, and another in the Al-Riffa region, with a value of 47 million dirhams.
