An exhibition of beckoning cats with rich expressions collected from all over the country is being held in Kudamatsu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

This exhibition is read as "Kuru Fuku" and is held every year on September 29th, which is called "Maneki Neko Day" from the puns, and this is the 25th time.

At the venue in Kudamatsu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, about 1000 items such as beckoning cat figurines collected from all over the country are on display.

Among them were figurines measuring 3 to 60 cm in size, plates with beckoning cats drawn on them, and beckoning cats wearing masks hoping for the end of the new coronavirus.

The visitors seemed to be healed by the lovely expression of the cat.

A couple in their 50s who visited from Yamaguchi City said, "I like cats and have been here since last year. They all have different facial expressions, and I wanted them all to be cute."
