  According to preliminary investigations, the person is a male, 19-year-old, college student, from Shache County, Kashgar, Xinjiang, and his temporary residence in Hangzhou is Xiasha Street, Qiantang New District. He flew from Kashgar, Xinjiang to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport via Urumqi on July 13, and arrived in Hangzhou by high-speed rail on the afternoon of July 15. On August 4, the person went to the Ophthalmology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and planned to undergo eye surgery. The new coronavirus antibody IgM was tested positive before the operation, and then the nucleic acid test was positive.

  According to the report, as of now, the person has no clinical symptoms such as fever or cough. Based on the epidemiological history and laboratory test results, he was diagnosed with asymptomatic infection of the new coronavirus. The person has been moved to a designated hospital for isolation. During the hospital visit and when taking public transportation, the person wore a mask all the way.
