Ansan and Kim Woo-jin will represent Korea in the mixed team event of the 2021 World Archery Championships.



In the second day of the Recurve Women's Ranking Round of the 2021 World Archery Championships held in Yankton, South Dakota, USA, Ansan, the three gold medalist at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, scored 646 points and took first place.



In the men's ranking round, Kim Woo-jin took the lead with 677 points and started a mixed match with Ansan.



As with the Tokyo Olympics, Korean archery has decided to give the male and female athletes with the best results in the ranking round the right to participate in the mixed match at the World Championships.



Ansan, together with the national team's 'youngest' Je-deok Kim, won the mixed gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics, setting the first button for three gold medals.



In the men's division, Kim Je-deok placed 6th and 'oldest brother' Jin-hyeok Oh came in 7th.



Among the two players who shot the same 653 points, Kim Je-duk, who scored 10 points 28 times, overtook Oh Jin-hyuk, who shot 23 times, and placed 6th.



In the women's division, Jang Min-hee placed 3rd and Kang Chae-young placed 4th.
