It was in the rainwater pipe 1.5km away from the missing manhole.
The fire department continues to search for a woman in her 50s who has gone missing by extending the scope to the underground rainwater pipe and the Han River.
In addition to these siblings, five missing persons were reported in Seocho-gu alone, including a man in his 40s who was swept away by a torrent while looking at a vehicle parked in an underground parking lot, and authorities are searching for it.
