Kim Mo, 25, was arrested last month, who murdered three mothers and daughters in an apartment in Nowon-gu, Seoul.
The Seoul Northern District Court held a warrant deliberation on the afternoon of the 4th, and issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Kim, saying, "There is fear of fleeing and destroying evidence."
While attending court, Kim did not answer questions from reporters such as "Why did you commit the murder" or "How did you get to know the victim?"
The Seoul Nowon Police Department, which is investigating the case, is planning to send Kim to the prosecution as early as the second half of this week after reinforcing investigations into the motives and procedures of the crime.
Along with this, as public opinion urged the disclosure of Mr. Kim's personal information, it was decided to open a personal information disclosure review committee.
