Singers Jung Joon-young and Choi Jong-hoon, who were handed over to trial for sexual assault of drunk women in groups, were sentenced to five years in prison and two years and six months in prison, respectively.



The Supreme Court announced today (24th) that it has confirmed the court case convicted in the appeal of Jung Joon-young and Choi Jong-hoon, who were charged with violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes.



They were charged with sexual assaults in groups of drunk women in January 2016 in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province and in Daegu in March of the same year.
