In general, a decision to cite or dismiss is made within 24 hours from the end of the interrogation, and a decision on whether to release former general manager Yoo is decided as early as the afternoon of the same day.

When designing the profit distribution structure for the Daejang-dong development project, former general manager Yoo was accused of causing a large amount of profit to a private business operator and causing damage to the private sector by removing the clause on the return of excess profits when designing the profit distribution structure for the Daejang-dong development project.
