A 900-year-old wooden bridge built in China was destroyed in a fire.
According to Chinese media reports such as the Chinese newspaper network on the 7th, a report was received that the Wan'an Bridge in Fujian Province caught fire around 9 pm the day before.
The fire was extinguished within 10 hours and no one was injured.
Located in Pingnan County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, the bridge was completed in 1090 during the Song Dynasty and is 98.2 meters long and 4.7 meters wide, making it the longest wooden arch bridge in China.
The fire department is investigating the exact cause of the fire, but experts believe the fire was caused by a real fire or arson.
