Earlier, the Supreme Administrative Court in Greece - the Council of State - rejected a complaint from Vinnik's lawyers about the decision to extradite him to France and the United States.

Vinnik was detained in Athens in July 2017 at the request of Washington. He is accused of laundering up to $ 4 billion using a cryptocurrency exchange.
