The detention reasons for chamber prosecutor Jens Göransson indicate in his arrest request to Sundsvall district court are several; that there are reasons for the suspected woman to deviate or otherwise evade prosecution or punishment, and that there is a risk that the woman will free up the investigation by attempting to remove evidence.

In addition, a suspected murder is an arrest warrant in itself.

Denying

- My client refuses a crime, says lawyer Viktor Banke, who is the woman's defender to SVT Västernorrland.

The detention hearing is held in Sundsvall District Court at 11 am on Monday.

It was during the night between Wednesday and Thursday last week that the murder was committed. The murder victim, a 30-year-old man, was found dead early on Thursday morning in his apartment in a multi-family home on Skönsmon in Sundsvall.

Knew each other

The police early on suspected murder, which was strengthened, among other things, by the crime scene investigation in the apartment and in the stairwell where a large amount of blood was found.

A day later, the woman was arrested and arrested at noon on Friday.

The police have previously confirmed that the victim and the suspected perpetrator knew each other since before.
