It was at 20 o'clock on Thursday evening that the boy entered the emergency room in Västerås. A police patrol was there in another case and could therefore quickly make the assessment that the boy had been subjected to a crime.
After a house search at an address in Västmanland, a woman in her 20s was arrested, with family ties to the boy. After questioning and various investigative measures, she was arrested, suspected of attempted murder.
