At the venue, more than 40 organizations from all over the country, including the city, Ishikawa and Niigata prefectures, opened various kinds of angler dishes such as angler pots, fried chicken and curry.

Ankan liver curry was added to the curry sold by a local hotel, and the toppings were fried with anko and the visitors enjoyed the flavor of the rich curry.

A group from Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, sold soup based on Anko no Dashi and Yuyu, and sold a lot of seaweed called `` Akamoku '', which is locally harvested in winter, to make it easy to use. Seasoning was gaining in popularity.

A man in his thirties who came from Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture, said, "I came here for the first time, but it is full of fun and the dishes are very delicious and warm."
