Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank has warned customers not to disclose their banking information to anyone, indicating that there is information that the bank has not and will not ask you for any reason, such as your account or card information, or passwords for mobile banking or the Internet or personal identification numbers for devices ATM, card security numbers, or one-time password, calling on customers to exercise caution and keep their information confidential.

Abu Dhabi Police recently launched a campaign, "Khek Al-Hir", in its third edition, as part of its concern to educate community members about the dangers of the phone and electronic monuments that require caution and wisdom in dealing with them.

The Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank regional director said that Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is intensifying its efforts to spread awareness and address fraudulent methods within the campaign “Be careful cautious” and educate customers about the risks of financial fraud and is keen to use the latest technologies to protect customer data, in addition to providing advice and mechanisms that must be followed by dealers in the event Exposure to any fraud.

He praised the constructive cooperation with the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police in the "Khalk Hadhir" campaign led by the Abu Dhabi Police to spread awareness about financial fraud operations, pointing to the importance of raising awareness of the risks resulting from these operations, and defining its negative effects on customers and the banking sector as a whole.
