Not everyone is able to present in their file a permanent contract, a solid guarantor and a salary representing three times the amount of the rent. "Allow tenants to find a guarantor in less than three minutes on the Internet", explains Matthieu Luneau, co-founder, in France moves .

"We totally secure the rent of the owners"

"We can become guarantors of tenants who do not have a permanent contract, no strong guarantors or those who do not earn at least three times the rent.We will help them to rent an apartment more easily", explains simply Matthew Luneau.

The former lawyer has left the bar to become an entrepreneur and lead the project. On the owner side, Unkle is also reassuring. "We completely secure the rent of the owners throughout the lease and renewals," says Matthieu Luneau.

How it works ?

The process of claiming a guarantor through Unkle is quite simple. On the site, a questionnaire is to fill out and documents to provide online. "We give a very quick response and a certificate that can be issued in less than two hours," says Matthieu Luneau.

Unkle works in partnership with an insurer, which allows the platform to act as guarantor. "We operate with a scoring system, it's like credit analysis, and we determine if this or that person may be eligible for our guarantee," says the entrepreneur. Created in 2018, Unkle recently raised 1 million euros to continue to grow and hopes not to stop there.
