“We are planning about 380 billion hryvnias for borrowing,” she said.
According to her, the government hopes that these will be borrowings from Ukrainian “official lenders”.
Earlier, Ukraine paid off its debts to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the stand-by program, which began in 2014.
