At around 4:30 a.m. on March 18, a fire broke out from the house of Mr. Satoshi Tsukano (52) of Matsuko, Gosen-shi, Niigata Prefecture, and firefighting activities were performed with 11 fire trucks and other fires. The fire was extinguished approximately one hour later. .

In the fire, one wooden two-story house was almost completely burned down, and it was also burned to the tofu shop next door, and two people were found dead from the burnt-out house.

According to the police, Mr. Tsukano, his eldest daughter in her 20s, and her second daughter in her teens lived in this house, and her second daughter was out and was safe. That it is no longer available.

Police are considering the deceased as Tsukano and his eldest daughter who have not been contacted, and are checking their identities and examining the details of the fire.

A woman in her 60s living nearby said, "When I came, the white smoke was really high. I don't think it was an escape."
