[Commentary] Affected by the new Coronary Pneumonia epidemic, the "Miss Hong Kong Campaign", organized by Hong Kong TVB, was confirmed by relevant program coordinators on April 7 that it will be closed for one year in 2020. Last year, the top three Hong Kong sister titles of Huang Jiawen, Faye Wong and Gu Peiling will be used for one year. The "Miss Hong Kong Campaign" was held for the first time in 1973, and it has been held for 47 sessions last year. It was closed for the first time this year. TVB stated that due to the impact of the epidemic, many problems could not be solved. For example, overseas university students returned to Hong Kong to participate, many staff gathered to organize activities, as well as program production and publicity activities, which violated the purpose of epidemic prevention. Therefore decided to suspend for one year.
