November 07, 2019Tragedia last night at around 9.30pm in a house in Santa Marinella, on the north coast of Rome. A 3-year-old girl died as a result of what is currently classified as a "strong epileptic seizure".The Carabinieri of Santa Marinella, alerted by 118, intervened yesterday evening in the house, after the alarm of the mother of the child, a 44-year-old Nigerian, regular on Italian territory.
The health workers tried to revive the child but failed. The body of the child was taken to the Verano morgue waiting for an autopsy to be arranged to definitively clarify the causes of death, which would however be natural.
