Tokyu Toyoko Line Up and down line resumes operation August 27, 11:30
The Tokyu Toyoko Line had been suspended between Jiyugaoka Station and Kikuna Station due to the truck wheel-off at the railroad crossing and the breakdown of the security system, but it resumed driving at both the upper and lower lines at 11:20 am. The diamond disruption continues.
