Three men, between 33 and 36 years of age, are arrested after being accused of raping and retaining a woman at a home in Bilbao . A fourth male who was also initially detained has been released, as reported by the Basque Department of Security
As stated in the complaint filed with the Basque autonomous police, the events took place last Friday in a house located in the capital of Biscay.
The woman reported a crime of sexual assault and illegal detention after which Ertzaintza arrested four individuals, one of whom was released , while the other three, aged between 33 and 36 , are in dependencies police officers waiting to be brought to justice.
Ertzaintza continues with investigations into the case, sources have explained.
