The White House ended its subscriptions to the New York Times and the Washington Post, Donald Trump judging these two daily newspapers dishonest to him.

"We did not renew our subscriptions," Donald Trump spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham told AFP on Thursday. "This will represent substantial savings for taxpayers," she added.

Monday, Fox News, the US president had blasted, as it is very regularly, the New York Times, and announced that he did not wish to receive it.

"We do not want it in the White House anymore, and we're probably going to end the subscription and the Washington Post," he said.

"They are fake", added the tenant of the White House who denounces almost daily what he calls the media "Fake News", accusing them of spreading false information.
