“Unfortunately, the patient who was admitted to the intensive care unit of the Belgorod Regional Hospital of St. Joasaph in the stage of burn shock, with a thermal burn of the body of stage 1-2 (60%), a burn of the respiratory tract, severe burn shock died on December 16 due to the development of her multiple organ failure, ”the report said.
The regional administration also clarified that the condition of two other patients in the burn department of the regional hospital was assessed as stable with positive dynamics.
Another man with injuries of the facial part of the skull in satisfactory condition was transferred to the traumatology and orthopedic department for surgical treatment.
