The UOC reported on an attempt by the radicals to seize a temple in the Khmelnitsky region

This was announced by the information and educational department of the UOC.

It is noted that "the unlawful re-registration of the UOC church in the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (PCU) was the formal reason for the seizure."

“Radicals who had knives and a Bulgarian tried to break into the temple, but were stopped by believing women and several representatives of the Orthodox fraternity in honor of the Monks Anthony and Theodosius of the Caves, who arrived to support the community,” the statement said.

Earlier in Rivne, supporters of the non-canonical Orthodox Church of Ukraine (PCU) seized the temple of the non-canonical Kiev Patriarchate.
