The United Arab Emirates welcomed the mandate of His Excellency President Barham Salih, President of the Republic of Iraq, to His Excellency Mustafa Al-Kazemi to form the new Iraqi government, expressing its hope that this will meet the aspirations of the brotherly Iraqi people to achieve security, stability and development.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said in a statement that the UAE is following with interest the developments that brotherly Iraq is going through, and the challenges it currently faces, which require a consensus that sincerely works to ensure national sovereignty, political stability and successful dealing with economic and social challenges.
The UAE has expressed its wishes for success and payment to Al-Kazemi in his duties, and hopes that all political and popular forces will join forces in their efforts to ensure a better future for Iraq and the Iraqis.
