The Rada Committee recommended that deputies prematurely dissolve the CEC of Ukraine

As noted, 16 parliamentarians supported this decision.

“The Subcommittee suggests ... recommending the adoption of such a decision: recommending the Verkhovna Rada in accordance with Clause 21, Part 1 of Art. 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Art. 31 with note 1 of the law of Ukraine on the CEC and despite a motivated submission of 11.09 the president of Ukraine, early terminate his authority by dismissing the entire composition of the CEC and in this regard dismiss the members of this commission according to the list, ”said the deputy from the“ Servant of the People ” , deputy head of the committee Alina Zagoruyko.

On September 10, the Ukrainian parliament received a presentation from President Vladimir Zelensky about the early termination of powers of the entire current composition of the CEC.
