• Hearing: The judge sends the CDRs of the 'Judas operation' back to jail, whose provisional prison was annulled
  • Justice. The CDR suspected they had a mole: "It seems to me that the 'Foxy' we have it inside, the traitor we have it inside"

The Prosecutor's Office of the National Court has reported in favor of releasing on bail of 9,000 euros to three of the seven CDRs jailed on September 26 for belonging to a terrorist organization, manufacture and possession of explosives, and conspiracy to wreak havoc.

As reported by the spokesman of the Prosecutor's Office, Miguel Ángel Carballo , the Public Prosecutor's Office has thus responded to the appeals against the prison filed by these three members of the CDR, Guillem Xavier Duch, Eduardo Garzón and Xavier Buigas , whose entry cars in prison he had to repeat recently the investigating judge Manuel García Castellón by order of the Chamber.

The main criterion of the Prosecutor to support the bail of these three CDRs is that none of them handled explosives.
