The story starts with the policeman seeing a motorcyclist driving towards the red light, it has only been red for a few seconds but the policeman does not doubt that it is a crime. The MC driver is stopped and fined.

Losing driver's license

Afterwards, it is clear to the policeman that the MC driver will lose the driver's license because it is regularly withdrawn in this type of crime. The policeman thinks it is too harsh a punishment and regrets that he wrote the fine. He contacts a colleague and, according to himself, is advised to tear down the fine. He also calls the MC driver and announces that he has repented. He advises the council not to pay the fine.

Cannot be canceled by police

According to the regulations, an order fine is the same as a judgment issued by a court that has gained legal force. It cannot be canceled by a police officer. The policeman has therefore been wrong.

The policeman has claimed that there is a misunderstanding between him and the colleague, but the staff responsibility board believes that all employees have their own responsibility and are now issuing a warning.
