At the same time, the territorial center for disaster medicine said that 19 victims were hospitalized.
“All 19 victims of road accidents have a moderate state of severity,” the center noted.
The press service of the regional government said that an operational headquarters had been created at the scene of the accident, nine ambulance and disaster medicine teams were working.
“Now it is very important to maximize the use of the“ golden hour ”when you can help the victims. Therefore, if necessary, we will resort to sanitation services to evacuate injured people to Moscow, ”said the Governor of the Yaroslavl Region Dmitry Mironov.
Earlier, the police opened a criminal case on violation of traffic rules on the fact of the accident near Yaroslavl, which killed at least seven people.
