Tunisia, Libya and Mauritania won important victories in the second round of the African Nations Cup qualifiers (Cameroon 2021).

Wehbe El Khazri scored a late goal to lead Tunisia to a 1-0 away win over Equatorial Guinea and lead Group 10.

Playmaker Youssef Messakni passed a fine ball into substitute Anis Badri into the box to convert Khazri into the net a quarter of an hour before the end.

Al-Khazri scored two goals in Tunisia's 4-1 win over Libya in the opening of Group X four days ago at Rades Stadium.

Libya came from behind to beat Tanzania 2-1 in the same group. Libya's Sanad Masoud scored from the penalty spot in the 67th minute and Anis Mohamed Salto in the 81st minute, while Tanzania's Mbwana Samata scored from the penalty spot in the 18th minute.

Tunisia top Group 10 with 6 points, Libya are level with Tanzania on three points, while Equatorial Guinea remain without score.

In Group E, Mauritania won 2-0 at home to Central African Republic.

Mauritania's Al-Eid and Diallo Guidelli scored in the 27th and 90th minutes. Earlier on Tuesday, Morocco beat Burundi 3-0 in the same group.

Morocco top the group with 4 points on goal difference from Mauritania. Central Africa are third with 3 points, while Burundi are fourth and last without points.
