“Arslanov, through proxies, urged Alexander Ogloblin not to testify, incriminating him, he threatened physical pressure,” TASS quoted the investigator as saying.

It is clarified that Ogloblin was a subordinate of Arslanov. Colonel General pleads not guilty.

Earlier it was reported that the Military Court will consider the request of the investigation for the arrest of Arslanov in the case of the theft of 6.7 billion rubles.

In January it became known that investigators charge the general with fraud with the state contract for the repair of military equipment.

The case also includes the former head of Voentelecom Alexander Davydov, his deputy Oleg Savitsky, adviser Dmitry Semiletov, and representatives of the Ministry of Defense.
