Thirteen years after the death of his father, filmmaker Gerard Oury, director Danièle Thompson has decided to turn the page of the family property of Saint-Tropez (Var): all the furniture will be scattered at auction on October 5 , announced the Artcurial auction house.

"Gérard Oury and Michèle Morgan lived there together, but always in separate apartments: Michèle Morgan on the ground floor, the filmmaker's apartments on the first floor," says Artcurial.

A chrome metal library chosen by Michèle Morgan, chairs designed by Pierre Paulin, and other furniture designed by the decorator François Catroux will be scattered, with estimates ranging from 500 to 6,000 euros. Two works by the Chinese artist Wang Du are estimated between 35,000 and 60,000 euros.
