• Justice: The National Court annuls the four CDR prison orders and orders the judge to decide whether to release them
  • National Court. Tactical Response Team (ERT): towards the Catalan Republic "by any means, including violent ones"

The Criminal Chamber of the National Court has confirmed the provisional detention of two detainees linked to the CDR when considering that there is a risk of destruction of evidence, of criminal repetition and of escape, given the seriousness of the crimes attributed to them: membership a terrorist organization, possession of explosives and conspiracy to wreak havoc. The magistrates of the Second Section reject the appeals presented by Ferrán Jolis and Jordi Ros and confirm the provisional detention ordered by the Central Court of Instruction 6 on September 26.

Unlike the resources partially estimated yesterday with respect to four other detainees for not having been provided with essential information during the prison window, the Chamber explains that in these two cases, neither those investigated nor their lawyers at a police or judicial headquarters made formal or express objection, objection or complaint or protest regarding the deprivation of information regarding the essential elements of detention.

The Second Section has repeated on Wednesday the hearings referring to the four annulled prison cars because the defense did not provide essential information to oppose the prison. In all four cases, the Prosecutor's Office has again requested provisional detention and defenses, freedom, in addition to claiming that it would simply be crimes of public disorders that are not the responsibility of the National Court.

Predictably, Judge Manuel García Castellón will again issue provisional imprisonment in all four cases and the defenses will appeal again. According to the two cars known today, the Chamber will reject the appeals and, finally, ratify all the provisional prisons issued in the Judas operation.
