Adherence to the subject and the course towards strengthening the Russian language in schools take place only in very few lands, ”the German deputies emphasized in the request.

In this regard, they are interested in whether the government has an agenda for the development of Russian as a foreign language for "mutual understanding between peoples and economic cooperation between Germany and Russia, and if so, what is it."
