Yesterday was a double fall for Bajen player Ted Bergström.

First, his team lost Hammarby away to AIK by 4-8 and are eliminated from the band's SM playoffs in the eighth finals.
In addition, Bergström was involved in an uncomfortable situation where he got AIK's Johan Willes skating on his face. Bergström lay on the ice for a while, but was then able to handle the ice for his own machine. His shirt was bloody and he held a towel to his face.

Hammarby's Ted Bergström was hit by a skate on his face

Now comes the soothing message from Bergström. To SVT Sport, the Bajen player confirms that he is at home and, under the circumstances, feels good again.

- I'm back in Västerås again. I met a specialist who could sew when it had gone straight through my mouth. I cut off the mucous membranes and the muscles, so it was difficult. I became 21 stitches richer. But but, everything is good anyway except we lost the match, which is even heavier, Bergström tells SVT Sport.
