LOSE STARS

As for the restaurants that fall from the Guide in this 2020 edition, the deletion in the 3-star Dani García list stands out, having changed the line of its business and closing its establishment in Marbella.

Those who had 2 Stars keep them, while in the 1 Star group, they lose the distinction La Barra de Carles Abellán (Barcelona), Kabuki Raw (Casares), Els Brancs (Roses), Terra (S'Agaró), Villena (Segovia) and Tierra (Torrico), in addition to those who leave the list due to business closure: Gaig (Barcelona), La Candela Restó (Madrid), Argos (Port de Pollença) and El Carmen de Montesión (Toledo).

The gala was attended by 225 chefs, resulting in the most massive of those held in Spain and Portugal.

After the gala, a gastronomic party took place, all in charge of the Andalusian restaurants Aponiente (3 Michelin Stars), next to Noor (from today with 2 Stars) and the 1 Star José Carlos García, Lú Cocina y Alma, Acánthu, La Costa, Bagá and Abantal.
