April 10 21:39 prosecution of an arrested office worker on suspicion of obscene behavior against a woman

Prosecutors have prosecuted an office worker who was arrested for insulting into a mansion by impersonating a woman by impersonating a management company.

A 43-year-old employee in Tokyo's Edogawa Ward was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Agency on January 1 for allegedly infiltrating a woman in a mansion in an apartment in Edogawa, pretending to be a security company.

Prosecutors have prosecuted crimes for breaching the house, and did not prosecute any obscene conduct.

According to people involved, it seems that there was not enough evidence to prosecute.
