A surfer with a fist hit a consecutive blow to one of the shark's eyes, after suddenly popping in his arm and biting him while surfing on the shores of Coromandel, northern New Zealand.

Nick Minogue, 60, said that while he was surfing, a shark suddenly appeared, biting him in the arm, and then attached her teeth to the surfboard he was riding.

Minogue added that he remembered that sharks bothered to hit her on the eyes, so he hit him with his fist on one of her eyes twice.

According to the man’s testimony, the predatory fish appeared to be severely damaged from the two strikes.

He continued that between the two strokes the predatory fish retreated a little and abandoned their jaw on the skateboard, which later allowed him to escape from them.

Minogue was alone when he was attacked by a shark, and there was only a German man, who was far away from him, and he came to his rescue after he heard his screaming ..

Fortunately, the New Zealander had only superficial injuries to his arm. "I still have an arm and fingers, maybe it could get much worse," he said.
