National Police agents have arrested a man in Alicante after allegedly stabbing his current partner's son in the neck. The detainee, a 58-year-old Spaniard , had just left prison, where he was serving a 10-year sentence for trying to end the life of that same three-shot person in 2014.
As reported by the Police on Monday, the events happened last Friday in the late afternoon when the CIMAC Room 091 received a call informing that a person had been stabbed and transferred to a Medical Center.
Several provisions of the National Police moved to the scene while others went to the Hospital in search of the possible victim .
Apparently everything happened at the door of a bar where two men started an argument and one of them stabbed the other in the neck. When the police arrived at the hospital, the victim, who had two wounds on both sides of his neck, was being treated by medical personnel and his condition was seriously vital. Despite this, the wounded could identify his aggressor in the person of his mother's current partner .
Thus, a special search device for the alleged aggressor was established. The police focused their efforts on locating the car in which he had fled. The siege allowed a civilian patrol to locate the car and then proceed to the arrest of the aggressor .
The 38-year-old victim, after being operated , recovers favorably from the injuries .
The detainee, accused of attempted homicide, has been placed at the disposal of the Court of Instruction of Guard of Alicante on the morning of this Monday.
