Although Zhao is an excellent student in terms of school life, his relationship with his classmates is not harmonious. According to Zhao Zhoubin's classmates, Zhao did not behave exceptionally in terms of sex during college. "From the appearance, he is an ordinary student." According to police investigations, Zhao started relying on internet to scam money since 2018, after he graduated. First, he opened a website to sell drugs by false advertisements. Then in September 2019, he set up a "N Room "chat group. South Korean police have decided to officially disclose all of Zhao's personal information and criminal facts on the 24th. It was also confirmed by the South Korean police on the 23rd that "Watchman", one of the three operators of the "room N" chat group, was arrested late last year. South Korean police are currently hunting down another operator, "GodGod".
The Yonhap News Agency reported on the 23rd that South Korean President Moon Jae-in said on the "room N" incident that the case was a crime committed by trampling the victim and asked the police to investigate all members of the chat group. Wen Zaiyin promised that the government will delete all videos involved in the case and provide victims with legal and medical support.
