Sweden has taken six straight World Cup golds on the women's side and they have also convinced most in this year's championship. Most often they have met Finland in the final, but due to a plump in the group play protocol, it is already already in the semi-finals.

- They are always better towards us and they have certainly found something else to run for us. We will be prepared, but it will be a completely different match, says the Swedish Confederation Captain Åsa Karlsson.

Finland played its quarter finals already on Thursday, while Sweden will have a lot to recover from the quarter finals for a day.

- They probably have an advantage of it, but our girls are so prepared to play often and a lot so it's just to get good sleep and eat and we will be loaded. But it is clear that they have a small advantage, says Karlsson.

"We have trained on penalties"

The last two World Cup finals have been decided on penalties, while Sweden and Finland and on training on Friday morning, Sweden trained penalties. But Karlsson does not want to admit that they put any extra focus on just that.

- Did you hear that? Yes, we have trained on most things. We have trained on freestyle, we have trained on penalties, boxplay, powerplay, yes everything. It is clear that we have trained on penalties as well, she answers the question of penal training.

The semi-final between Sweden and Finland starts at 14.30 on Saturday.
