Shipulin wins by-election to the State Duma in the Sverdlovsk region

In second place is candidate Aleksey Korovkin from A Just Russia (24.03%), in third is candidate from the Communist Party Gabbas Dautov (13.81%).

Earlier it was reported that all current leaders of the regions, as well as temporarily acting heads of subjects who participated in the elections on a single voting day, win by preliminary results.
