Authorities in the Neelum Valley region of Pakistan found a 12-year-old toddler alive, after being buried in the snow after a massive snowfall, killing her brother, sister, and other residents of her building.

Samina Bibi remained buried under huge piles of ice for 18 hours, after a major snowfall.

These collapses killed more than 100 people, and more bodies are still being searched, according to Pakistani officials.

Samina was one of the lucky ones who narrowly escaped death.

She explained that she could not sleep because of the terrible pain caused by a broken leg, while her mouth was bleeding.

Pakistan's National Disaster Management Authority said the total number of deaths in snow-stricken areas across Pakistan over the past two days had jumped to 100.
