It was in March this year that a man in his 40s died after being chopped off by some kind of sharp object in an apartment in Trollhättan. A person who moved the apartment building rang SOS alarm and told me that a person had been stabbed.
On Thursday, the verdict in Vänersborg District Court came against the 33-year-old who was charged with the crime.
The man is sentenced to 17 years in prison for murder. He refuses a crime.
The investigation shows that the now dead person was chopped off by an egg-washed object. Several knives have been found in connection with the investigation, but no murder weapon has been found.
Since the man refuses a crime, there is no clear reason why he killed his own brother.
